DOMAIN REGISTRATION KEY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The customer must acknowledge that Sisk Web Hosting cannot guarantee the available .uk domain name can be registered. First year .uk domain registrations are included in the first year web hosting package which start from £200.00 per year.
The customer must insure the correct Registrant details are provided for the domain, this includes the customers name or Company name, address, email address and contact phone number; these details are then processed by Nominet UK.
All customers domains are set to renew each year and customers will be sent a renewal email 45 days before the domain expiration date with an invoice for the renewal of the domain which is due upon receipt, a follow-up email as a reminder will also be sent 20 days before the domain expiration date and a final reminder will be sent 10 days before the domain expiration date. Subsequent domain renewals cost £15.00 per year and subsequent yearly hosting will cost £150.00 per year. Nominet IPS tag changes and domain cancellations are free of charge. Nominet charge £10 plus vat for domain transfers which is payable by the customber Nominet transfer costs can be found here
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the customers contact email address is up to date.
Please note any .uk domains that are not renewed are be subject to Nominet's Domain domain expiry process which can be found here.

Customer Complaints

We will endeavour to resolve all customer complaints as quickly as possible, a confirmation of the receipt of the complaint will be sent via email within 3 working days (please ensure if contact is made by post a current email address is provided).
A detailed response to a customer complaint with options to resolve the complaint will be sent within 10 working days from Sisk Web Hosting confirmation email of the receipt of the complaint.
If Sisk Web hosting detailed response to a customers complaint is not satisfactory we will work with our customers to resolve the matter and reply to any further customer responses with a final response within 10 working days.

Abuse Enquiries And Abuse Policy
Sisk Web Hosting will monitor for abuse and Sisk Web Hosting reserve the right to stop and suspend services if unlawful activities upon investigation have been found.
